Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • To be eligible for a return, the wholesaler must provide the original company invoice.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, including any inlay cards and bags received.

Time Frame for Return

  • Wholesalers can apply for a return within 10 days of the invoice date.

Condition of the Product

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  2. Once the return is approved, carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accompanying items (inlay card, bag) are included.
  3. Ship the product to the provided return address.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.
  • Refunds will be issued as a credit to your wholesale account, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Wholesalers can claim an exchange instead of a refund.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the returned product must meet the conditions specified in the return policy.

Exchange Process

  1. If you wish to exchange your product, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team for the return process.
  2. Once the returned product is received and approved, you will be issued a credit for the same amount as the returned item.
  3. You can use this credit to purchase a new product of the same value or higher.

Additional Payment for Higher Value

  • If the desired exchange product has a higher value than the returned item, the wholesaler is responsible for covering the price difference.
